This large double bedroom has a queen sized bed, a closet, dressing table and mirror, bedside table and lamp.The en-suite has a toilet and sink unit and the pool can be accessed from this bathroom via a lockable door.
 
 
 

Children’s Bedroom

This bedroom sleeps four in comfort. It has bunk beds – single bunk on the top and double bunk on the bottom and a separate bed, chest of drawers and a closet.There is a separate bathroom next door with a toilet, shower and a small vanity unit with basin.
 
 
 

Family Room

The spaceous family room is comfortably furnished with two three-seater sofas, tables and a 36” colour satellite TV with video recorder. The room is pleasantly appointed and decorated in a relaxed holiday theme.From the family room, the patio doors open up onto the pool area.
 
 
  Kitchen Dining Area

The separate kitchen dining area seats 6 people.The kitchen contains a cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher.Accessories include toaster, juicer and coffee maker.The cupboard range contains all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you could need and the double door larder has lots of storage space.In the utility room is a large tumble dryer, washer, iron and ironing board. Also provided is a child’s high chair and car seat.
 
 
 

Pool Area

The south facing pool overlooks a tranquil lake setting. The larger than normal 30ft x 15ft pool can be lit for night time swimming and pool heating is available (£60/week). A mesh insect screen protects the whole pool area whilst enabling you to enjoy the sun.The pool area has ‘cool foot’ decking and is furnished with padded loungers, chairs, table and parasol.
 
 
  We specifically selected this location for its combination of tranquil lakeside setting and close proximity to amenities. Shops, a bar and a supermarket are all within easy walking distance.Our family and friends have owned property around the lake for over ten years and we have access to these rentals if a large party wishes to holiday together – we once accommodated a party of 28!The essence of Villa Rebec is that it sits right on the doorstep of all of the attractions, yet it represents a haven of peace and tranquility in which to relax, wind down – and re-charge for tomorrow!

Complex Management

The complex management team is British, from Poole in Dorset and have managed our vill since we bought it 5 years ago. The manager, Greg lives across from Villa Rebec and you will find him to be extremely helpful. In the villa you will find a book produced by Greg which contains all of the essential local contact data – nearest hospital, doctor, dentist etc.
