CONDITIONS

Please make all initial bookings by telephone or with the form provided below. This will enable us to make a provisional booking while you sort out your flights. (Bookings are Saturday to Saturday).

When a final booking is agreed by telephone, then this must be confirmed within 10 days by completing and sending a booking form with a £100 per week deposit. Your booking will then be confirmed. The deposit is not refundable and the balance is due eight weeks before your departure or we reserve the right to re let your dates.

There is a £100 security deposit required which will be refunded after a satisfactory report from Orlando upon your return, this can be paid with the rental balance.

Please vacate the house by 10.00 am on the day of departure to allow cleaning to be done.

Please ensure you have full travel/holiday insurance.

To confirm your reservation you must send the completed booking form and £100 per week deposit to us immediately.

1. BOOKING CONDITIONS

  1. All bookings must be made in writing on the form attached and are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Provisional bookings may be made by telephone and are indeed encouraged to ensure that the accommodation is available on the dates required. A provisional booking will be held for 10 days pending receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit payable.
  2. A booking deposit of £100 per week must be sent.

  4. A provisional booking will not constitute a firm reservation until we have received the completed booking form and deposit and confirmed the booking to you in writing.

2. PAYMENT AND KEYS OF THE VILLA

  1. An account will be sent to you not less than 8 weeks before the arrival date, showing the balance due for the rental charge.
  2. Payment in full for the booking made within 8 weeks before arrival date must accompany booking form.
  3. After receiving your final payment, information will be mailed to you regarding the address of your villa, directions and key location.

3. RENTAL PERIOD

In order to ensure that the villa is clean and ready for your arrival and for the party following you, we specify that the rental begins at 5.00 pm (local time) on the arrival date and ends at 10.00 am (local time) on the departure date.

4. CANCELLATION:

  1. The booking deposit is none refundable, once we have confirmed the booking in writing.
  2. You may cancel the booking any time prior to the arrival date but the following cancellation charges will be payable and will be deducted from the balance of the rental charges which will otherwise refund to you:

5. OTHER

  1. The villa will not be rented to anyone under the age of 18 years.
  2. You must not sub-let the accommodation, allow any persons not listed on the booking form to stay overnight or allow any pets or animals to stay in the villa.
  3. In the event that a villa should become unavailable for any reason we reserve the right to offer you an alternative house of the same quality or upgraded. You will of course be informed of this before departure.
  4. The house will be cleaned and prepared for you before you enter, if possible could you leave the villa on time so we can prepare for our next guests, it would be helpful if you could strip each bed used and leave by the washer along with any towels.

6. LIABILITY

  1. We cannot accept any liability, whatsoever for any injury sustained by you or any other visitor to the villa or swimming pool or for any loss or damage however caused to any property brought onto the premises.
  2. Please be advised that you are liable for any damage to the vial or its contents.
  3. Without any restriction to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with our stay.
  4. IT IS OF PARTICULAR IMPORTANCE THAT NO CHILDREN BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE POOL AREA INDEED IT IS ALWAYS ADVISABLE THAT VIGILENCE AROUND THE POOL IS PARAMOUNT TO EVERYONES SAFETY.
